Charlotte de Witte and Chris Liebing have joined forces once again on their new single, ‘Symphonie des Seins’.
The track marks their first collaboration since the 2019 release ‘Liquid Slow’, and serves as the second preview of Liebing’s forthcoming album ‘Evolver’, set for release on March 27th.
Blending acid textures with a raw, driving groove, ‘Symphonie des Seins’ channels the uncompromising spirit of ’90s techno. The track also features spoken vocals from Charlotte de Witte, adding a hypnotic and introspective layer to the production.
Its title, translated from French as “Symphony of Existence”, reflects the conceptual direction behind the record. According to press materials, the lyrics draw inspiration from ayahuasca and DMT trip reports discovered by Liebing online, bringing a psychedelic and philosophical dimension to the track.
The single follows the release of ‘Roy Batty’, the first track unveiled from ‘Evolver’, and precedes a series of high-profile collaborations on the album, including Luke Slater, Speedy J, and The Advent.
Meanwhile, Charlotte de Witte continues to expand her global presence, with a headline appearance scheduled at a DJ Mag Presents event in Las Vegas this May.
Earlier this year, she also released two new tracks, ‘Malina’ and ‘A Prayer For The Dancefloor’ (with Conduit), featured on a bonus four-track vinyl edition of her debut album.
